When there is negation one does not negate, one knows that one cannot do anything for negation. Everything that one does is positive action. So, one is completely not identified with the doing. Being aware of the doing, not doing anything about awareness, (awareness cannot be pursued, it is happening as there is no focusing to anything, which would be positive action, expecting the awareness as an outcome of our doing..), one is not identified with the doing. One is not identified with the doing if one is not absorbed by the doing, remaining still, not following the meaning behind the symbols participating to the chattering, wanting intentionally to understand the meaning behind words. The understanding is happening simultaneously with the appearance of each thought. Then attention is not grabbed by the symbols so that one is focused on the part forgetting the whole. If one is forgetting the whole there is attempt, positive action behind, consciously or unconsciously.

  1. So, it is most important to discover in everyday life, the sense, the feeling of positive action, seeing that one is identified with the doing without resisting, not doing anything about it, just be aware of it, to let it flower and see what happens..
